Food Not Bombs gathers food that would otherwise be thrown out by shops and uses it to cook vegan or freegan meals, which we give out for free on the streets and at events. In doing this, we aim to show how much food is wasted needlessly and to eliminate some of this waste. We oppose the spending of money on weapons in the face of world hunger, an issue that we believe could be solved with suitable logistics.
